February 11, 2017 – Indian Railways conducts world’s ‘largest’ online test to fill up 143000 vacancies. Aiming at eliminating the scope for malpractices in its recruitment process, Indian Railways is conducting the world’s “largest” online examination to fill up over 18,000 vacancies in various categories. Around 97 lakh candidates had applied for the jobs, in which 2.73 lakh has been qualified the RRB preliminary exam and were called for written test on 19th January 2017, said a senior Railway Ministry official.

 

Indian Railway Recruitment 2017:

Online application for 2.5 lakh assistant Loco Pilots and Technician vacancies will begins soon. Railway recruitment Board and Railway Recruitment Cell will announce recruitment notice to recruit 235527 vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilots ALP and Technician Vacancies. Candidates who are eligible need to apply through the official website – indianrailways.gov.in Candidates who want to apply should posses 10^th, 12^th, ITI in any stream with 50% marks from a recognized university or board. Candidates should refer official website for Indian Railway Recruitment 2017. Candidates should have age as per official notification. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates based on government rules.
